Title: HelpDesk has been removed I have had to remove the HelpDesk program from the site. It was being used to SPAM, and there was no current fix for it. Please direct all inquiries to me via EMAIL: craig (@) shadeaux.net Also, There were some server software updates, and a few porgrams had difficulty getting past the changes. Title: SPAM? As I'm sure you may have notice, SPAM is becoming increasingly difficult to combat. SPAMers have found new ways to send out their messages that can elude filtering software. Also, SMAPers have found ways to send mass mails to online domain accounts such as anything(at)domain(dot)com, this means that even though there may not be a users email account created as say "fred" you are still getting emails for fre(at)yourdomain(dot)com. I am doing my best to address these problems through software upgrades, and new security implementations. One way you can help with this fight is to use an E-Mail client that will learn to identify SPAM as it comes into your inbox. Never open E-Mails that you do not recognize. Never reply to E-Mails that you might think are SPAM. Do not use the "unsubscribe" links in SPAM E-Mails. Simply mark the messages as SPAM in your email clients and delete them. Also, when posting to message boards and webpages, try not to type in your email address with the @ symbol in it. There is software that will scan pages for that, sift out email addresses, and add them to SMAP Mail lists. In your cPanel accounts, for the "Default" mail address always use :fail:, instead of :blackhole:. This will cause all un-routable message to get dropped Before they actually hit the server.
